Souveau is led by Jayna Bergerson, a principal-level product designer and UX researcher with more than a decade of experience working on complex digital products across public safety, health technology, higher education, and SaaS. Her work spans product strategy, research, experience architecture, interaction design, and design systems — with a particular focus on products that are data-heavy, multi-role, operational, or difficult to make sense of. Clients work directly with Jayna throughout the engagement. When a project requires additional expertise, Souveau brings in trusted specialists while maintaining one senior point of contact.
