Evaluation & Strategic Roadmap

From evaluation to decision clarity

Souveau evaluates your product, identifies what's working and what isn't, and gives your team a clear, prioritized path forward. The deliverable isn't a list of problems — it's clarity about what to do next, in what order, and why it matters.

The problem

Most evaluations point at problems without telling you which ones matter. A long list of issues doesn’t help a team that already suspects something is wrong — what they need is severity, root causes, and a defensible sequence for addressing them. Without that, teams either chase low-impact fixes or freeze because everything looks urgent.

Signs you may need this

• You know the product has problems, but not which ones to solve first.
• Feedback and issues pile up faster than the team can prioritize them.
• Redesigns keep happening without meaningfully improving the experience or outcomes.
• Different teams disagree about where the real problems are.
• You need an outside, senior read before committing engineering resources.
• Problems and inconsistencies are accumulating as the product grows.

What Souveau does

Souveau evaluates the experience. Depending on the product and the questions at hand, the evaluation may examine:

• usability, interaction, and user friction
• information architecture and product structure
• workflows and task complexity
• UI and cross-product consistency
• design system usage
• accessibility, where relevant
• gaps and opportunities in the current experience

Then it translates those findings into something the team can act on: severity and impact, patterns and root causes, quick wins versus structural improvements, prioritized recommendations, and a suggested sequence.

What you leave with

• A clear picture of what’s working and what isn’t
• Findings organized by severity, impact, and root cause
• Quick wins separated from structural improvements
• A prioritized set of recommendations
• A strategic roadmap with suggested sequencing
• A working session to align the team and answer questions

Best for

Established products, enterprise SaaS, and complex applications where the team needs a senior, prioritized read before investing in changes.

Typical engagement

A structured engagement with an evaluation phase, a prioritized roadmap, and follow-up support after delivery.
